WORCESTER, Mass. — The Algonquin Regional High School girls lacrosse team defeated Westborough High School 7-5 Saturday to take the Central Mass crown. This championship game marks the two teams' third meeting of the season, a series the Tomahawks won 3-0 this year.

“You read all about how hard it is to beat a team three times in a row because there is that familiarity,” said Algonquin Head Coach John Healy.
