NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. — In the event of a power outage, the town of Northborough is advising residents that potable water will be available at two spigots in town.
The locations are the Northborough Cemetery on Howard Street and the Northborough Community Gardens at 71 Valentine Road.
In addition, because there will be no roadside debris pickup, the town announced that residents may dispose of brush up to 6 inches in diameter at the Highway Garage between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Nov. 9, 10, 16 and 17. The Highway Garage is located at 190 Main St. Brush drop-off is for Northborough residents only, and proof of residency will be required. No commercial vehicles will be allowed.
