NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. — Trash and recycling pick-up will proceed normally this week despite the arrival of Hurricane Sandy, the town of Northborough announced Monday.
Due to expected high winds, however, residents are advised to refrain from putting their trash and recycling outside on Monday evening. Forecasters predict that wind speeds will slow down significantly by Tuesday morning.
