NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. — The Northborough Health Department will hold an additional flu clinic Dec. 12 in response to what the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is calling a "bad season," Health Agent Jamie Terry said Wednesday.
The clinic will be held at Northborough Town Hall from 2:30 to 5 p.m. Vaccines will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Residents are asked to contact the Health Department in advance so it can plan, Terry said.
Insurance cards are required, though people with no access to insurance are eligible for vaccines. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Anyone with questions may contact the Health Department at boh@town.northborough.ma.us or 508-393-5009.
