NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – Neddy Seide, 64, of Northborough, died September 4, 2012 in UMass Memorial Healthcare (University Campus) in Worcester, after a brief illness.
He leaves his wife, Jeanne R. Thimothe of Northborough; seven children, Fritz, Alex, Steve, Nadege, Natasha, Nadia, and Neddy Jr; and three step-children Marie, Kathleen, and Stephanie; two brothers, Jean Robert, Edrec; two sisters, Rose, Neilla; 11 grandchildren, Sara, Eric, Matthew, Sierra, Arianna, Branden, Tristan, Enysia, Prince, Nia, and Gregory Jr. many nieces and nephews.
Born and raised in Cap Haitien, son of Batraumon and Marguerite (Rodriguez) Seide. Mr. Seide graduated from high school and college/university in Haiti. He immigrated to NY in 1973. Neddy lived in Spring Valley, NY before moving to Northborough. He was an employee of Chromalloy Co. in New York.
Mr. Seide’s hobbies included music, both listening and playing the organ, dancing, watching TV shows, politics, playing soccer, and love going to church.
Calling hours are Friday, September 14, 2012 from 6. to 8 p.m. at Hays Funeral Home, located at 56 Main Street (Rte. 20) Northborough. Neddy’s funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on September 15, 2012 in St. Bernadette Church, 266 Main Street (Rte. 20) Northborough. Burial will be in Northborough Cemetery on Howard Street.
