SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass. — The Southborough Police Department has released a photo of the suspect who robbed Fitzgerald's General Store at 110 Southville Road, Southborough on the evening of Aug. 22.
Police describe the suspect as a white male, between 6 feet and 6-foot-3 inches tall, weighing about 250 to 300 pounds. At the time the photo was taken, the suspect was wearing black pants, a purple shirt, black sunglasses, a black Carhartt wool hat and black boots.
Police say the suspect threatened the store's clerk with a knife before stealing an undetermined amount of cash. He was last seen heading east on Southville Road, and it is believed that he drove away.
