BMW Driver Zoomed Through Newark, Filmed Himself Provoking Cops For Clout, Police Say
A 19-year-old Queens man was arrested and charged after eluding Newark police for a social media video, authorities said.
On Thursday, April 11 at 1:16 a.m., police were patrolling Broad Street and Market Street when they observed a black BMW that traveled around their vehicle at a high rate of speed with no license plates, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. FragƩ said.

Millburn Police Officer Luke Lyons ID'd As Victim Of Route 15 Crash (Update)
Luke Lyons, an officer in the Millburn Police Department, has been identified as the victim of a crash on Route 15 in Morris County on Sunday, May 19, authorities confirmed.
Lyons, 31, was in a four-door 2006 Honda Civic when he crashed on the southbound side of the roadway near mile post 3.5 around 1:25 a.m., Jefferson Township Police Capt. Robert Bush said.
