Fatal Crash: Long Island 22-Year-Old ID'd As Victim On Jericho Turnpike A 22-year-old was killed in a two-vehicle crash on a busy Long Island roadway. The incident happened around 4:15 p.m. Monday, May 13 in Commack. Suffolk County Police said a 51-year-old Hauppauge woman was driving a 2020 Volkswagen westbound on Jericho Turnpike when she attempted to make a left turn into a parking lot at 6070 Jericho Turnpike and collided with a 2017 Kawasaki motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle, Jordan Aristondo, of Commack, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Volkswagen was not injured.
