Brett Simpson had been trespassed from the South Gateway Drive Wawa, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said. But at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 15, he was back on the property. The flight attendants were performing their preflight checks inside the empty Spirit Airlines aircraft when they were exposed to the fumes around 5:45 a.m., New Jersey State Police Detective Jeffrey Lebron said.
