These DMV Towns Are 'Most Christmassy' In America You won't have to go far to get in the Christmas spirit, as several towns in the DMV were named among America's favorites "Christmassy" towns. Mixbook's list was made by surveying 3,000 families to discover which of the popular festive destinations they'd most like to visit this season, the website says. Homeless Man Wreaks Havoc Inside Hotel Lobby In Prince William County: Police A 32-year-old homeless man who destroyed the bathroom of a Prince William County hotel lobby then got a knife and threatened a staff member has been arrested, police said. Terell Jefferson Jackson is believed to have damaged the bathroom inside of the Country Inn and Suites on Prince William Parkway in Woodbridge, on Saturday, Dec. 16, county police said. Intoxicated Wawa Trespasser Returns Repeatedly In Stafford: Sheriff A 34-year-old Stafford man was jailed after authorities said he trespassed at a South Stafford Wawa with drugs. Brett Simpson had been trespassed from the South Gateway Drive Wawa, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said. But at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 15, he was back on the property. Being that he was wearing a reflective jacket, deputies found Simpson rather quickly. $1M Powerball Ticket Sold In New Jersey A ticket from the Saturday, Dec. 16 Powerball drawing good for $1 million was sold in New Jersey. Officials had not yet announced where that ticket was sold as of 11 a.m. Monday. The winning numbers were 3, 9, 10, 20, and 62, and the Powerball was 25.

Woman Killed By Police After Hitting Officer On Head With His Baton At VA Motel: Cops A disorderly woman was fatally shot by police after hitting an officer in the head with his baton in the parking lot of a Virginia hotel over the weekend, authorities said. Stratsburg police responded to a 9-1-1 call for an erratic person damaging property at a hotel on Signal Knob Drive around 11 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17, Virginia State Police said. Police ID Ex-Boyfriend Dead By Suicide After Hours-Long Standoff With GF In Maryland Police have identified the 59-year-old suspect who died by suicide in an hours-long standoff in Anne Arundel County over the weekend. Officers responded to the 1800 block of Blue Jay Court in Severn around 10:20 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, after a woman called police saying her ex-boyfriend, Kenneth Saulsbury, had shot her and he was still inside the home, county police said. Flight Attendants Hospitalized After Being Exposed To Fumes At Atlantic City Airport Three flight attendants were hospitalized after being exposed to fumes on a plane at the Atlantic City Airport Sunday, Dec. 17, authorities said. The flight attendants were performing their preflight checks inside the empty Spirit Airlines aircraft when they were exposed to the fumes around 5:45 a.m., New Jersey State Police Detective Jeffrey Lebron said. They were taken to an area hospital for further medical evaluation. No further information was available.

4-Year-Old Boy Hurt, Man Dead In Belleville Shooting A 4-year-old boy was hurt and a man was killed in a Belleville shooting over the weekend, police said. Francis Medina, 37, was shot on the 100 block of Mill Street around 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 16, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II and Belleville Chief of Police Mark Minichini said.
