LOOK Dine-in Cinemas will open its new location in Dobbs Ferry on Thursday, Jan. 13, according to a representative for the company. The movie theater will open at 1 Hamilton St. in Dobbs Ferry, located off the Saw Mill Parkway in Rivertowns Square. Representatives said the theater will feature eight auditoriums. Trooper Hospitalized After Box Truck Crashes Into Cruiser In Westchester An investigation is underway after a Freightliner box truck driven by a Dutchess County resident struck a New York State Police car in Westchester County, injuring a state trooper. State Police said the crash happened at about 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 30, in the town of Greenburgh. Digital Currency Group To Relocate HQ To Fairfield County, Creating 300 Jobs Digital Currency Group is set to relocate its headquarters from New York to Connecticut, creating more than 300 new jobs in the next five years. Gov. Ned Lamont made the announcement on Monday, Nov. 29, saying the global investment company will relocate from New York City to Stamford. 35-Year-Old Man Fatally Struck By Bus On Long Island Police are investigating after a 35-year-old man was fatally struck by a bus on Long Island. The crash happened in Hempstead at about 11 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 29, according to the Nassau County Police Department. NCPD said a man was running south on Main Street when he was struck by a NICE bus that was westbound on West Columbia Street. The man suffered serious injuries, and he was taken to a hospital for treatment, police said. He was pronounced deceased at the hospital, NCPD reported. No other injuries were reported, police said. Quebec Maple Syrup Producers has used almost 50 million pounds of syrup from its reserve, according to a report from Bloomberg. That accounts for nearly half of the reserve, the news outlet reported. Three Women Arrested In Larceny At Long Island Ralph Lauren Store, Police Say Three women were arrested following an investigation into a larceny at a Long Island store. The Riverhead Town Police Department reported that officers received a report of a larceny at Polo Ralph Lauren at about 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 28. Nassau County Traffic Stop Leads To Discovery Of Knife, Handgun, Police Say A 19-year-old is facing charges after police said he was found in possession of a knife and a handgun during a traffic stop on Long Island.
