Man, 72, With Severe Memory Impairment Missing In Western Mass Police in Western Massachusetts have asked residents to be on the lookout for a 72-year-old man with severe memory impairment who walked away from a hotel on Tuesday, July 18. Henry "Hank" Appleton was last seen in n Hampshire County at the Courtyard Marriott, 43 Russell St. in Hadley, around 2 a.m., state police said. He attempted to get a cab to Northampton before he left the hotel on foot and could be unaware of where he is. 'Such Beautiful Smile': Teen Who Drowned Near Shannon Beach Remembered For His Compassion Loved ones of the 17-year-old boy who drowned over the weekend while swimming with friends at Upper Mystic Lakes say he was hard-working, kind, and helpful. Luis Tejeda, 17, of Lynn, was found by divers around 7 p.m. near Shannon Beach. Luis was swimming with a group of friends about 100 yards offshore and outside the swim zone, state police said. Man Found Dead Inside Shed Fire In Western Mass; Officials Investigating Cause Firefighters found the body of a man inside a shed in Hampden County after putting out a blaze Monday afternoon, July 17, authorities said. Police Say He Stole From Banks Across Mass Police are asking for the public's help to track down a man they say is behind multiple cases of identity theft and thefts from multiple banks. Shrewsbury police say he's stolen money from UniBank and Rockland Trust, but they have reports of a man matching his description pulling similar scams in Worcester, Milford, Grafton, Quincy, and Braintree. Constructor Worker Killed In Rock Crusher Accident At Swampscott Job Site: DA A worker was killed on Monday afternoon, July 17, following an accident at an Aggregate Industries job site at the Swampscott Quarry, authorities said. Workers at the facility called 911 around 1 p.m. to report an incident involving a rock crusher suspended above the quarry at the 30 Danvers Road site. The worker was pronounced dead at the scene, and their name is being withheld until their next of kin can be notified. Swampscott police, Mine Safety and Health Administration, and the Essex County District Attorney's Office is investigating the accident.

Springfield Man Convicted Of Sex Trafficking 13-Year-Old In Group Home A 51-year-old Springfield man faces a lengthy prison sentence after he was convicted last week of sex trafficking a 13-year-old girl, authorities said.
