Constructor Worker Killed In Rock Crusher Accident At Swampscott Job Site: DA A worker was killed on Monday afternoon, July 17, following an accident at an Aggregate Industries job site at the Swampscott Quarry, authorities said.  Workers at the facility called 911 around 1 p.m. to report an incident involving a rock crusher suspended above the quarry at the 30 Danvers Road site.
