New Milford Building Department To Be Reshuffled NEW MILFORD, N.J. -- New Milford Public Works Superintendent Vincent Cahill will is expected to be appointed the borough's acting zoning officer, according to NorthJersey.com. The move was prompted by the resignation of Maria Sapuppo in February. Sapuppo also served as technical assistant, municipal housing liaison and secretary to the Planning Board and Rent Leveling Board. Cresskill School District To Expand Reading Program CRESSKILL, N.J. -- Cresskill school officials plan on expanding a newly launched reading program that was introduced to students this year, according to NorthJersey.com. Wilson Foundation is a program that breaks reading down into five key components and emphasizes sounding out syllables.
