New York Man Wins $1 Million Lottery Prize A New York man has claimed a $1 million lottery prize. Jerome Keel, of Middle Village, Queens, claimed the top prize from the New York Lottery's Bacon scratch-off ticket, NY Lottery reported on Monday, Jan. 3. The ticket was purchased at AJ’s Village Chemist, which is located at 74-05 Metropolitan Ave. in Middle Village.
