The owners of Reserva Wine Bar, located in Dutchess County, have not announced an official opening date yet, but say it will be open "soon." In an Instagram post in September, the business shared: "We can’t wait to show you all that Reserva can offer! It’s getting closer than ever, see you soon!” The wine bar is located at 173 Main St. in Beacon. Intoxicated LI Man Caught With Illegal, Loaded Handgun With High-Capacity Magazine, Police Say A Long Island man is facing charges after police said he was found in possession of a loaded handgun and driving his vehicle while intoxicated. At about 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 24, police responded to a report of a crash in Nassau County, New York State Police reported. Police said the crash happened on Northern State Parkway eastbound, west of Exit 28, in the Town of North Hempstead. State Police said the driver, 25-year-old Steven Reid, of Riverhead, was found to be intoxicated, and he was in possession of an illegal, loaded handgun with a high-capacity magazine. CT State Police Investigating Fatal Shooting Of 14-Year-Old Police are investigating after a 14-year-old boy was fatally shot in Connecticut. The Waterbury Police Department received a report at about 3:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 25, that the boy was brought to Saint Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury with a gunshot wound to the back of the head, according to Connecticut State Police.  He was taken to the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center in Harford with fatal injuries, State Police said. Jeanette Kitay, of Pelham, won the top prize in the lottery's Big Bucks scratch-off game, New York Lottery reported on Thursday, Oct. 28.
