Covid-19: Brand-New Poll Reveals Who's Most Comfortable Returning To The Office By Age Group Gen Z is the age group least comfortable returning to the office in the current state of the pandemic, according to a new poll. The Harris Poll separated respondents into categories Gen Z (ages 18 to 24), Millenials (ages 25 to 40), Gen X (ages 41 to 56) and Baby Boomers and older (ages 57 and older). The results found that 33 percent of Gen Z respondents said they would be uncomfortable returning to the office. Long Island Trio Nabbed On Weapons Charges Police said three men were arrested for illegal gun possession after they fled the scene during a traffic stop on Long Island. Officers initiated a traffic stop after seeing a BMW speeding in North Amityville at about 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 15, according to the Suffolk County Police Department.  SCPD said the BMW had been traveling west on Sunrise Highway near 41st Street. Police Searching For Woman Accused Of Stealing Clothing From Suffolk County Store Police are asking the public for help identifying and locating a woman accused of stealing clothing from a Long Island store. At about 2:40 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 9, a woman stole more than $100 worth of clothing from a JCPenney in Bay Shore, according to Suffolk County Crime Stoppers. Authorities said the store is located in the Westfield South Shore Mall. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest. Man Struck By Vehicle On Long Island Expressway Suffers 'Severe' Injuries, Police Say A 48-year-old man was hospitalized after he was struck by a vehicle on the Long Island Expressway. The crash happened in Roslyn Heights at about 10 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 17, according to the Nassau County Police Department.  A 56-year-old man was driving a 2017 Toyota east on the South Service Road entrance ramp of the LIE when he struck the pedestrian in the area of Exit 37. Final Kmart In Westchester Scheduled For Closure The only remaining Kmart in Westchester County is set to close its doors, according to a liquidation firm. The White Plains store, located at 399 Tarrytown Road, was listed among the locations closing by SB360 Capital Partners. The company did not say when the store is going to close. SB360 Capital Partners also listed two other closures in the state, a Sears and a Kmart, both of which are located in Brooklyn. The closures add to a growing list of Sears and Kmart locations that have shut their doors in recent years.
