Stamford-Based WWE Sued Over Wrestlers' Brain Injuries STAMFORD, Conn. -- A class-action lawsuit was filed against the WWE by many wrestlers alleging they sustained "long-term neurological injuries" while working for the Stamford-based company, according to the Washington Post. The suit alleges the company “routinely failed to care” for them ” in any medically competent or meaningful manner” and even “fraudulently misrepresented and concealed” the nature and extent of those injuries," the Washington Post reported.
