Hearing On Challenged Provisional Ballots In Lancaster Scheduled: Officials After numerous challenges to provisional ballots in Lancaster County officials have scheduled a hearing according to a news release on Friday, Nov. 8. "The Lancaster County Board of Elections has voted to convene the canvas of mail in and provisional ballots," the release states. The hearing to conduct the canvas and review the challenges will take place in the Commissioners Meeting Room located at 150 North Queen Street, Suite 701 in Lancaster on Wednesday, Nov. 3, at 11 a.m., as detailed in the release. Cumberland County Prison Inmate Found Dead by Apparent Suicide: Officials A Cumberland County Prison inmate was found dead by apparent suicide, officials announced on Friday, Nov. 8.  Amanda Beth Dunkelberger, 48, was discovered unresponsive in her cell on Thursday morning, Nov. 7, at 8:45 a.m. Correctional officers performing routine rounds made the discovery and immediately initiated lifesaving measures. Philadelphia Police were called to the 900 block of Tustin Avenue in the 7th District at 3:37 p.m. Officers found the unidentified woman at the scene.
