Orangetown Paving To Impact Parking In Tappan, Palisades ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- Road work set to begin Monday will limit parking on Oak Tree Road in Tappan and Palisades, officials said.The project, which will require the Orangetown Highway Department to pave between routes 303 and 9W will last about a week, according to officials, who said the project could be delayed by inclement weather.  Those living in the area are asked not to park along Oak Tree Road while the work is being to completed.
