630 Saw Mill River Road In Ardsley Sells for $500,000 ARDSLEY, N.Y. -- A 6,500-square-foot building at 630 Saw Mill River Road in Ardsley has sold for $500,000, according to a real estate agency involved in the sale.Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Real Estate Group in Rye Brook, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, announced the deal in a press release Tuesday. The building, set on a more than a 1/4 acre, was purchased by a developer from out of town, the release said. Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Group’s Garry Klein represented the seller in the sale Andrew Grossman of Friedland Realty Advisors represented the purchaser.
