630 Saw Mill River Road In Ardsley Sells for $500,000 ARDSLEY, N.Y. -- A 6,500-square-foot building at 630 Saw Mill River Road in Ardsley has sold for $500,000, according to a real estate agency involved in the sale.Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Real Estate Group in Rye Brook, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, announced the deal in a press release Tuesday. The building, set on a more than a 1/4 acre, was purchased by a developer from out of town, the release said. Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Group’s Garry Klein represented the seller in the sale Andrew Grossman of Friedland Realty Advisors represented the purchaser.

Police Investigating Report Of Sexual Assault At Gunpoint In Trumbull Home TRUMBULL, Conn. -- Police are searching for a man who sexually assaulted a woman in her home Tuesday at gunpoint, according to an NBC Connecticut report.According to the report, a 43-year-old woman reported the incident to police, telling investigators that the man came into her home about 5 a.m. and attacked her. Ossining Little League Football & Cheer To Host 'Saturday Night Lights' OSSINING, N.Y. -- Ossining Little League Football & Cheer will host a family event Saturday in Veterans Memorial Park.The event, called "Saturday Night Lights," will feature flag football games, the presentation of all tackle division teams and cheers from the program's cheer squads. The 5 p.m. event also will feature inflatables, food and drink from Wobble Cafe, face painting, a DJ and live music. "Spirit Wear" will be available for purchase. Ridgefield Runs Buses For Students To Attend State's Largest College Fair WILTON, Conn. -- A pair of local school districts will sponsor the state's largest college fair on Wednesday evening. The event will be held at Wilton High School, 395 Danbury Road, Wilton. The Ridgefield school district will provide shuttle buses to the event from Branchville Elementary School on Branchville Road, Ridgefield. More than 300 colleges are expected to be at the 6:30 p.m. college fair.

Person Struck, Killed By Train On New Haven Line In Westchester MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- A person was killed after being struck by a train at the Metro-North train station in Mount Vernon, according to News 12. The incident at the Mount Vernon East station occurred about 7 p.m. There was no word why the person was on the tracks, the report said. Trains along the New Haven Line were experiencing 10-15-minute delays as a result of the police investigation, the report said.

Homeless Man Found Dead In Tent In Danbury DANBURY, Conn. -- A homeless man found dead in a wooded area off Rose Hill Avenue in Danbury on Monday may have overdosed on drugs, police told the NewsTimes.com.The 41-year-old was found dead inside a tent near 89 Rose Hill Ave. on Monday night, according to the report.
