NORWALK, Conn. -- A luxury design magazine publisher has made a new home in a 6,000-square-foot office on Richards Avenue in Norwalk, officials said.Colliers International recently secured a long-term lease for Cottages & Gardens Publications, which publishes magazines covering design, art, antiques, architecture and real estate.
The publishers’ titles include CTC&G (Connecticut Cottages & Gardens), HC&G (Hamptons Cottages & Gardens), NYC&G (New York Cottages & Gardens), and SFC&G (San Francisco Cottages & Gardens).

Westchester Security Camera Law Part Of National Trend
YONKERS, N.Y. -- A city law set to go into effect in January will require certain businesses to install high-quality security cameras and to turn the footage over to police upon request, according to lohud.com.The law, which is already operating in White Plains and has been discussed in Peekskill, will affect any city store that sells alcohol, pharmacies, pawn shops, precious metal dealers, check-cashing businesses and any stores that operate between midnight and 4 a.m., lohud said.
