Midland Park Offers Free Rabies Vaccinations MIDLAND PARK, N.J. -- The Midland Park Board of Health is offering free rabies vaccinations on Monday May 9 at the Municipal Building.  Dogs must be on leashes and cats must be in carriers; both dogs and cats are welcomed at any time. No retractable leashes can be used. Rabies vaccinations are required by the New Jersey Department of Health for all dogs and cats four months of age and older. Vaccinations will be offered from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.  The Municipal Building is located at 280 Godwin Ave.

Disney Animator Visits Paramus' Frisch School PARAMUS, N.J. -- Disney film animator and director Saul Blinkoff visited the Frisch School in Paramus on Monday, April 4. Blinkoff gave a workshop to some students where he discussed the general process by which art and design flourish; and how to evoke emotion and, ultimately, tell a story that touches people, through art.
