The old number will still be in operation, but will be phased out over time.  The new number is now in service.

Carlstadt's Jinpan Acquired By British Virgin Islands Based Firm CARLSTADT, N.J., --  Carlsdadt's Jinpan International Limited a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of cast resin transformers will merge with FNOF E&M Investment Limited and Silkwings Limited of the British Virgin Islands.When the merger is completed,  each of the Company's common shares issued and outstanding will be sold for  $6 each.  The merger, if approved is expected to close in the first half of the year.
