Unlicensed Operator Busted On Stolen Moped In Lyndhurst, Police Say A 41-year-old Irvington man is facing charges out of Lyndhurst for operating a stolen moped without a license, police said. Lt. Paul Haggerty saw the gas-powered moped operating without a license plate at Riverside and Post Avenues just before 11 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 2, Lyndhurst Police Detective Lt. Vincent Auteri said. Cops ID Victim, Suspected Gunman In Deadly Paterson Shooting Police have made an arrest in a Paterson shooting that left a 41-year-old man dead over Labor Day Weekend.
