Expect Delays: Traffic Stoppages Scheduled On Saw Mill River Parkway Motorists should be prepared for traffic stoppages later this week on the Saw Mill River Parkway. Between 11 a.m. and noon on Friday, July 23, 15-minute traffic stoppages are expected along the northbound and southbound parkway between Exit 12 in Hastings-on-Hudson and Exit 17 in Dobbs Ferry, the New York State Department of Transportation said. The department said a temporary bridge will be dismantled at Ravensdale Road during this time. Motorists are asked to drive responsibly in work zones and to slow down.
