'Everyone Is Dead': Teen Threatens To Shoot Up Chelsea School Following Fight: DA A 14-year-old boy was charged Monday, Oct. 23, in juvenile court after he allegedly said he planned to shoot up Shore Educational Collaborative school in Chelsea after he got into a fight last week, authorities said. The boy was charged with making a bomb threat and was being held on a $750 bail, the Suffolk County District Attorney said. If he makes bail, he will be on house arrest except for when he goes to an alternate school placement, and he must stay off social media. Boston Woman Charged With Killing Fellow UMass Dartmouth Student From NJ In On-Campus Crash: DA A 22-year-old Boston woman will face charges after she fatally struck 19-year-old University of Massachusetts Dartmouth student Frank Petillo Jr. earlier this year, authorities said. Danasia Sampson, of Mattapan, MA, was charged last week with motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation, the Bristol County District Attorney's Office said.
