Injured Hunter Rescued By Firefighters, Paramedics in Milan MILAN, N.Y. -- A 55-year-old Poughkeepsie hunter with an injured leg was rescued from a densely wooded area by members of the Milan Fire Department, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.The man, whose name was not released, was hunting off of Lamoree Road about 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, when he fell while exiting a tree stand, according to the report.
