Annual Railroad Exposition Comes to Mid-Hudson Civic Center
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- The 44th annual Railroad Exposition is set for Sunday, Nov. 8, at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center, 14 Civic Center Plaza.
Proceeds from the event, presented by the Hudson Valley Railroad Society (HVRRS), a nonprofit organization, will benefit the ongoing restoration and operation of the 1914 Hyde Park Railroad Station Museum.
On display Sunday will be 20,000 square feet of operating scale model train layouts, including tiny Z-scale trains, 1 1/2-inch scale trains, and a variety of N-, HO-, O- and G-scale trains.

Westchester Man Is Convicted Of Kidnapping, Sex Trafficking 19-Year-Old
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – A Yonkers man has been convicted of kidnapping a 19-year-old girl and trying to force her into prostitution, said U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Preet Bharara on Friday.
Clydedoro Graham, was convicted Thursday after a seven-day trial in U.S. District Court in White Plains, Bharara said.
According to Bharara’s office, Graham, along with his girlfriend Alisa Papp, his cousin Kevin Graham and his friend Hector Garcia, lured the girl into Clydedoro Graham’s apartment on June 16, 2014 “for the purpose of forcing her to work for them.”

Danbury's Wooster School Theater Presents 'All In The Timing'
DANBURY, Conn. -- Beginning Friday, the Wooster School Theater in Danbury will be offering "All in the Timing," a show composed of six, one-act comedies by David Ives.Performances are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Nov. 6, 7, 13 and 14. There will be a 2 p.m., family-friendly show on Nov. 7 and a 2 p.m. show on Nov. 14.
Ives has been hailed for his "award-winning collection of comedies" combining "wit, intellect, satire and fun," according to theater members.
