Northvale Sidewalk Ramps Replaced Through County Grants NORTHVALE, N.J. -- Sidewalk ramps in Northvale have been repaired thanks to grants given by Bergen County. Approximately 80 handicapped sidewalk ramps on Paris Avenue and Tappan Rd in Northvale will be ADA compliant once the project is complete.  Workers are moving west on Paris Avenue from Industrial Parkway toward Tappan Road.  Once Paris Avenue is completed, work will begin on Tappan Rd. moving north toward the New York state line.  Once the ADA Ramps are completed, Bergen County will also pave these 2 County Roads.
