Franklin Lakes Proposes $29.7 Million Budget For 2016-17 FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- The Franklin Lakes K-8 Board of Education has unveiled a $29.7 million proposed budget for the 2016-17 school year, according to NorthJersey.com. The spending plan would be an increase of $464,579, or 1.59 percent over the 2015-16 budget, NorthJersey.com reported. Ramsey Awards Contract To Design New Senior Center RAMSEY, N.J. -- Blueline Architecture of Wyckoff was awarded the $10,000 contract to design a new senior center, bathhouse and parking at the local pool, according to NorthJersey.com. The design process will involve converting the current bathhouse into a senior center through several renovations and improvements, NorthJersey.com reported. P. Diddy Lists Alpine Mansion ALPINE, N.J. -- Sean "P. Diddy" Combs listed his Alpine mansion once again with an asking price of $7.89 million, according to Top Ten Real Estate Deals. Combs purchased the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home on 2004 for $6 million.
