Man Accused Of Firing Shots In Residential Northern Westchester Neighborhood A 21-year-old man is facing felony charges after police said he fired gunshots in a Westchester County residential neighborhood. At about 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 22, an officer heard what he thought were fireworks or gunshots in the area of Cording Road in Yorktown, according to the Yorktown Police Department. Authorities Investigating After 18 Suffolk County Bus Stop Shelters Damaged Authorities are searching for a suspect or suspects who caused thousands of dollars in damage to bus stop shelters on Long Island. In October, a suspect or suspects damaged 12 bus stop shelters along the eastbound and westbound lanes of the Nesconset Highway, between Gibbs Pond Road and Route 111, according to a report from Suffolk County Crime Stoppers on Tuesday, Nov. 9. Hudson Valley Business Owner Accused Of Forcibly Touching Employee The owner of a business in the Hudson Valley was arrested and accused of forcibly touching an employee.  The New York State Police reported that 30-year-old Orange County resident Yida Falkovitz, of Highland Mills, was arrested on Monday, Nov. 8. Police said Falkovitz owns a business in the Town of Chester. He was charged with forcible touching, police said.  Authorities said he is set to appear in court on Wednesday, Nov. 24.
