Man Claims $3 Million New York Lottery Prize A New York man has claimed a $3,000,000 lottery prize. Jean Moreno, of Elmhurst, Queens, won the top prize in the lottery's $3,000,000 Fortune scratch-off game, NY Lottery reported on Tuesday, Nov. 2. He chose to receive the prize as a single lump-sum payment of $1,671,415 after required withholdings. The ticket was purchased in Elmhurst at the M & B Candy Grocery Store, located at 8945 Elmhurst Ave., the NY Lottery said.

Police Search For Missing Westchester Man Police in Westchester County are asking the public for help locating a missing 57-year-old man. Joseph Bodai, of White Plains, was last seen at his home on Wyndover Woods Lane at about 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 27, according to the Greenburgh Police Department.
