Shoeless Suspect At Large After Fleeing From Superior Court In CT Connecticut State troopers asked the public for help locating a 24-year-old man who brazenly left a courthouse in the middle of a proceeding. Marico Ellis, a resident of Hartford, went missing from Superior Court at about noon on Thursday, Aug. 25, wearing a black shirt and pants, according to Connecticut State Police. Eugene Hicks, of North Carolina, was arrested in Hicksville at about 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 24, the Nassau County Police Department reported.
