Ramapo Police Charge Man With Stealing Bicycle RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Ramapo police have charged a 20-year-old man from Hillcrest with stealing a bicycle, according to authorities. Ramapo police were advised by members of Chaverim of Rockland that they observed the suspect come onto the property of an Ellish Parkway home and steal a Huffy Prospect bicycle about 12:40 a.m. Tuesday, officials report.
