The first arrest occurred when a deputy stopped a motorist who allegedly committed a traffic violation on Route 6 in Southeast on Saturday, Feb. 20, at approximately 2 a.m., officials report. The deputy determined that the driver, identified as Edvin Antonio Salazar, 27, of Brewster was intoxicated, police report.
