Troopers flagged a Ford Taurus on the Taconic State Parkway for speeding. The driver, Christopher T. Kubin, 29, stopped his car in the lane of travel and was directed to pull onto the shoulder, police report. A patrol officer observed a motor vehicle on Route 59 in Nanuet being driven in an erratic manner on Friday, according to officials. The driver, identified as Mark McGibbon, 40, was found to be intoxicated and arrested, police report. McGibbon was processed at the sheriff's headquarters in New City and released on summonses to return to Clarkstown Justice Court, according to police.
