A deputy stopped a motorist who had committed a traffic violation on Route 9D in the Town of Philipstown on Friday, Feb. 5, officials report. The deputy determined that the driver, identified as Anthony O’Neil Nash Jr., 29, of Wappingers Falls, held a suspended license, according to police.
