Totowa Library Holding 'Food For Fines' Program TOTOWA, N.J. -- The Borough of Totowa Public Library is holding a “Food for Fines” program throughout the month of February. During the event, the library will forgive patrons’ late fees in exchange for non-perishable food donations. Each food item donated will pay for one overdue fine. The program does not include materials from the library that have been lost. Products needed for the food drive include high protein items such as canned meat, peanut butter and meaty soups, along with canned fruit and vegetables. A variety of molds and shapes featuring iconic characters and familiar designs are now available for free loan from the library for seven days on an adult or teen card. Garfield athletes included Grace Accardi, Christian Brewton, Trey Carraro, Jordan Diaz, Noheli Diaz, Gisselle Flores, Andy Guerrero, Isaiah Johnson, Jaymie Magana, Dashalee Marroquin, Alexis Muns, Courtney Muns, Alex Pizano, Michael Plonski, Erick Rincon, Zachary Sabino, Yizair Sturdivant, Ziyair Sturdivant, Justin Urgovitch and Alisha Vargas.
