Man Pleads Guilty In Steroid, Drug Case Linked To Former Newtown Cop NEWTOWN, Conn. -- Less than two months after a former Newtown police sergeant admitted to participating in a steroid and prescription narcotic distribution conspiracy, a Derby man pleaded guilty Monday to one count of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute oxycodone in the same case.
