East Rutherford Residents Warned To Stay Off Snow-Covered Streets EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The Department of Public Works is reminding residents to remove cars from streets where possible to allow snow-plowing to take place from curb to curb. When covered in snow, no parking whatsoever is permitted on either side of Paterson Avenue, Carlton Avenue, Park Avenue and Hackensack Street; parking is also forbidden the entire length of Hoboken Road; in addition, parking is prohibited on the east side of Elm Street, Grant Street and Locust Lane, as well as the west side of Wall Street.

The arrest is the result of a joint investigation conducted by the state Department of Labor and the state police, officials report. Brian S. Mead Jr. is accused of stealing over $4,300 in unemployment benefits over several months in 2012 and 2013, according to police.
