State Grants Available For Electric Vehicle Charging Stations In Fairfield FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The State of Connecticut's Department of Energy and Environmental Protection has started a grant program for businesses interested in installing electric vehicle charging stations. Estelle Helene Warenski, 103, Of Fishkill FISHKILL, N.Y. -- Estelle Helene Warenski, 103, of Fishkill, formerly of the Bronx, passed away Dec. 27, 2015, surrounded by her family at Wingate at Dutchess Nursing Home. She was born Aug. 22, 1912, in the Bronx, to Stanley Rokicki and Anna Lipinski. On June 2, 1935, she was married to Adam Valentine Warenski in Adelberts Church. He predeceased her in 1979. She also was predeceased by her sister Wanda, brother Chester and son-in-law Peter. She is survived by her daughters Betty Ann Wendling of Fishkill and Suzanne Rosario and her husband Alfred of New York City; grandsons Peter Wendling …
