State Grants Available For Electric Vehicle Charging Stations In Fairfield FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The State of Connecticut's Department of Energy and Environmental Protection has started a grant program for businesses interested in installing electric vehicle charging stations. Commercial property owners also can apply for money to support the installation of charging stations on their property. Applicants need to submit proposals by Jan. 7. Estelle Helene Warenski, 103, Of Fishkill FISHKILL, N.Y. -- Estelle Helene Warenski, 103, of Fishkill, formerly of the Bronx, passed away Dec. 27, 2015, surrounded by her family at Wingate at Dutchess Nursing Home. She was born Aug. 22, 1912, in the Bronx, to Stanley Rokicki and Anna Lipinski. On June 2, 1935, she was married to Adam Valentine Warenski in Adelberts Church. He predeceased her in 1979. She also was predeceased by her sister Wanda, brother Chester and son-in-law Peter. Rutherford Library To Have Weekly Drop-In Storytime Program RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- On Wednesdays, from Jan. 6-27, the Rutherford Public Library will have morning and afternoon drop-in storytime programs. The Wednesday afternoon session from 2-2:30 p.m. is geared specifically toward children up to the age of 24 months, but all pre-school children are welcome.
