Noreen Dominguez, 56, of Wyckoff, is accused of having a blood alcohol content of 0.24 percent, or three times the legal limit, while parked outside the Six Flags Great Escape Lodge in Warren County, N.Y., about 9:15 p.m. Friday, according to the nj.com report. David Bernstein, 28, of Fairfield, was taken into custody about 1:30 a.m. Saturday, according to the report.
