Hip-Hop Performance At Danbury's WestConn Delves Into Race, Identity, Class
DANBURY, Conn. — A personal message about race, class and identity will be delivered in the form of a Hip-Hop performance at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury.Rapper and hip-hop artist Andrew “Fig” Figueroa wrote and stars in “Mixed-Race Mixtape,” which he will present in a theater format at the Student Center Theater on the WCSU Midtown campus, 181 White St.
The show will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15. It is free and the public is invited to attend.
