Riverside Association To Hold Annual Meeting RIVERSIDE, Conn. -- The Riverside Association will hold its annual meeting at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 200 Riverside Ave., on Thursday, Jan. 14. Discussion of local issues and the opportunity to interact with the officials will be included at the event. A coffee social will be held at 7:30 p.m., and the meeting will start at 8 o’clock. The guest panel will include Greenwich First Selectman Peter Tesei, Director of Parks and Recreation Joseph Siciliano and Tax Assessor Lauren Elliott. Shelton Schedules Christmas Tree Pickup SHELTON, Conn. -- Paul J. DiMauro, Shelton's director of public works, has announced the city’s schedule for picking up Christmas trees. Curbside pickup will take place from Monday, Jan. 11, through Friday, Jan. 15. Christmas trees will be taken away on the same day as the scheduled trash pickup.

Bedford Police Seeking Assistance With Homicide Investigation BEDFORD HILLS, N.Y. -- The Bedford Police are continuing their investigation of a homicide that took place in the early morning hours on Saturday, Dec. 26. The victim, David Cuse Alhuay, was shot and killed as he left his residence, police report. Anyone who has any information on Cuse Alhuay’s death, or who has had any dealings with him in the past, is asked to call the Bedford Police Department at 914-241-3111. Police Charge Woman, 46, After Auto Accident On Route 118 YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Yorktown police have charged a Cortlandt Manor resident with unlicenced operation of a motor vehicle. The incident stemmed from an auto accident with minor injuries on Route 118, officials report. During the investigation, which occurred the morning of Wednesday, Jan. 6, one of the drivers, now identified as Ivey Levy, 46, was found to be in possession of an allegedly suspended New York State driver’s license, police report.
