West Milford Elks Announce Upcoming Events WEST MILFORD, N.J. -- The West Milford Elks have several events to keep residents busy throughout March.  The monthly breakfast will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Sunday, March 13.  Bar specials will run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. with 12 wings for $6 or 2 hotdogs with fries for $5 on Monday, March 14.  The Elks will celebrate St. Patrick's Day on Thursday, March 17 with "Juke Box Thursday" from 5 p.m. to close.  A sliced steak dinner will be served on Monday, March 28. Clifton School Wins $8,000 From Follett Challenge CLIFTON, N.J. -- Clifton's Elementary School 11 was awarded $8,000 after being named a People's Choice winner of the Follet Challenge.School officials submitted a video showing how educators at School 11 use technology to bring learning to life for students.  The video starts with an old-time feel and switches to color as it shows students using Google Chromebooks and the various ways they help them learn. School 11's video was a top 10 vote-getter, earning it the $8,000 prize. The money will go to support the media center.
